The Winsor & Newton University Brush range offers multi-purpose brushes, made of white synthetic bristles. Featuring red handles with a white tip, these brushes are stiff enough for use with slightly more fluid oil paints, yet flexible enough for use with watercolors. In addition, they leave less visible brush marks when used with oil colors or acrylics. University brushes have excellent springiness, shape retention, and will last a long time if properly maintained.
