Return and Refund Policy
Hachem accepts refunds of products without penalty for a period of 10 days and for exchanges a period of 30 days following the delivery of your package.
It is important to show the receipt that you received, as well as the product (s), in their original packaging and unused.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for the following products: projectors, magazines, spray cans, pens, markers, books, clearance products and final sale, gift cards, special orders and custom framing purchased from Hachem (in-store and online)
Shipping fees
Hachem delivers everywhere in Canada.
Free delivery is available for orders of $69 or more before taxes.
A charge of $8.95 applies to orders below this minimum.
- Free delivery is not available for remote areas and oversized products.
Fees for oversized products
Oversized products have a fixed charge of $24.95 which will be added to your final invoice. We don’t ship by pallet.
Fees are non-refundable.
Fee for remote areas
Additional charges automatically apply on delivery for certain remote areas. Hachem reserves the right to contact you to confirm the addition of any additional shipping charges based on your location. Modifications to your order may be made to allow the shipment. Fees are non-refundable.
Carriers
Hachem works with several reliable, established transport companies to ensure fast and secure delivery. The carrier may vary depending on the package and location.
A signature is required to receive the package. Please notify the online sales department at the time of purchase to authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature. Hachem is not responsible for theft if this authorization is given.
If you are absent, you must pick up the parcel from the designated location on the carrier's notice.
The delivery of your parcel is subject to carrier policies.
It’s your responsibility to pick up your package according to the carrier's rules and within the prescribed time. After this time, the parcel will be redirected to our head office.
A handling fee will be deducted from your order refund. Remote areas and oversized items fees are not refundable.
Delivery times
All orders are shipped within 3 to 10 working days after receipt of payment.
You can track your package at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. For support, please contact service.commandes@hachem.com.
Delivery times may vary according to carrier delays and your location.
If the product(s) ordered are out of stock at Hachem or the supplier, the delivery time may differ. In this case, a member of our team will contact you to inform you of the new delay.
