Let your generosity guide you as you choose the desired amount and quantity of gift cards.
The gift card can be redeemed at any time in your favorite Hachem store or online by contacting service.commandes@hachem.com to complete the payment. It's not possible to use more than one gift card per transaction online.
No exchanges or refunds are allowed.
Loyalty points cannot be accumulated with the purchase of the gift card.
Activation delay
Please note that there is a one-business-day delay for gift card activation.
Policy
The gift card can only be redeemed at a Hachem store in Canada or online. It cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash unless permitted by law, nor can it be used as payment towards an account or to purchase another gift card.
Hachem is not responsible for replacing a lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or unauthorizedly used card. No exchanges or refunds are allowed following the purchase.
Loyalty points cannot be accumulated with the purchase of the gift card.
The gift card will be shipped by Canada Post with no applicable delivery charges.
